Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any ViewMesa IPTV subscription or hardware.
1. The 24-Hour Free Trial — Our Core Commitment
ViewMesa provides every prospective customer with a full 24-hour free trial before any payment is requested. This trial period is your opportunity to verify:
- That the service works correctly on your specific device
- That your internet connection is adequate for the quality level you need
- That your preferred channels and content are available
- That the overall streaming quality meets your expectations
We strongly encourage you to test all of the above during your trial period. This is by design — we would rather you discover any incompatibilities during the free trial than after you have paid.
2. No-Refund Policy After Activation
Once a paid subscription has been activated by ViewMesa following confirmed payment, all charges are final and non-refundable. This policy exists for the following reasons:
- IPTV subscriptions are a digital service delivered immediately upon activation
- Access to 20,000+ channels and VOD content is granted instantly
- The free 24-hour trial provides sufficient opportunity to evaluate the service before committing
- Allowing refunds after activation would enable fraudulent use of the service
By proceeding with payment following your trial, you acknowledge that you have tested the service and are satisfied with its quality and compatibility with your device.
3. Exceptions Considered on a Case-by-Case Basis
While our general policy is no refunds after activation, we may consider exceptions in the following extraordinary circumstances:
- Sustained, documented service outages affecting your account lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that we have been unable to resolve
- Technical error on our part that resulted in incorrect account activation or billing

4. Hardware (ViewMesa 8K Box) Returns
The ViewMesa 8K Android Box may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The hardware is defective or not as described
- The item arrives damaged due to shipping
To initiate a hardware return, contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
The 2-year IPTV subscription included with the hardware box is non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
5. Subscription Renewal
ViewMesa subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will receive a WhatsApp reminder 7 days before your subscription expires. Renewal is entirely at your discretion and only activated after manual payment confirmation.
